Official Rules – Skankfest VIP Giveaway

 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Eligibility

 

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are of legal age to enter in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Gas Digital Network, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible.

2. Sponsor

 

The Giveaway is sponsored by Gas Digital Network, 151 1st Ave #311, New York, NY 10003 (“Sponsor”).

3. Promotion Period

 

The Giveaway begins on April 8, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on September 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

 

There are two methods of entry:

  • Free Method: Sign up with your email address at skanksmerch.com during the Promotion Period.
  • Purchase Method: Make a purchase on any of the following websites during the Promotion Period:

    • gasdigitalmerch.com

 

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method. Duplicate entries will be void.

5. Prize

 

One (1) winner will receive:

  • Two (2) VIP tickets to Skankfest 2025
  • A private meet and greet with the Gas Digital team

 

Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $599. Travel, accommodations, and other expenses are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

 

Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified on or around October 7, 2025 by email and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

 

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity. Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claim arising out of participation or prize receipt.

8. Publicity

 

Except where prohibited, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. Privacy

 

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at [insert link].

10. Governing Law

 

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
